At DIVAIN UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. To ensure a smooth process, please keep the original packaging and the 3ml sample bottle included with your order to test the scent before opening the full-size product.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Fragrance

  Carefully place the unopened 100ml bottle in its original box, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
